I specialize in Domestic Architecture and listen carefully to your requirements to provide bespoke, creative and practical architectural solutions to suit your immediate and future needs. 
 
I will  guide you through the architectural service process and provide a fully tailored service, whether a partial service up to planning or building regulations, or a full service to completion on site.

Architectural Service and the Architectural Process

Starting a building project can be daunting, particularly when combining it with family and work life or if you haven't done anything like it before.
As your architect, I'll work closely with you to guide you through each work stage. I'll listen carefully to your requirements and prepare the design and construction information to suit your specific needs. 

I'll will deal with the local authority for planning and building regulations and with other consultants (such as a structural engineer), when other specialisms are needed.

It is important to me that every client has a full understanding of what their building project is going to be like. So in addition to the usual plans and elevations, I will prepare 3D hand drawn sketches and drawings to show the design from key viewpoints.

The architectural process is structured on a work stage basis and I would only move on to the next work stage once the proceeding one is completed. At each stage I will set out what happens and what you can expect. The architectural service I offer can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, so that the architectural process and the end product are designed specifically to your needs.
